3. No guarantee of eligibility or benefits
MVP Connects does not guarantee eligibility, qualification, application acceptance, approval, an award, a grant, a loan, funding, housing, benefits, enrollment, or program availability. A match is a starting point for further review, not a promise or decision.
4. No government affiliation
MVP Connects is an independent technology platform and is not a government agency. It is not a grant provider, lender, benefits administrator, or official eligibility decision-maker.
5. Program information
Program information may come from government agencies, nonprofits, educational institutions, lenders, program administrators, and other authoritative sources. Rules, deadlines, amounts, income limits, geography, and availability can change. You should verify important information with the official source or program administrator before acting.
6. Matching labels
Labels such as Strong Match, Potential Match, Needs Information, Unlikely Match, and Not Eligible Based on Known Rule are informational screening outputs based on available facts and published rules. They are not official eligibility, underwriting, benefits, enrollment, or award decisions.
7. No professional advice
MVP Connects does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, medical, immigration, or official benefits advice. Consult an appropriately qualified professional or the relevant program administrator for advice about your circumstances.
8. User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, verify important facts, use official or authorized application channels, comply with program rules, and review all materials before using them. You must not submit false information or impersonate another person.
9. Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify MVP Connects through a verified support channel if one is available and you believe your account has been compromised.
10. Prohibited uses
You may not use the service to commit fraud, impersonate another person, gain unauthorized access, abuse or disrupt the service, run malicious automation, scrape in a way that harms the service, bypass security, submit false claims or applications, or misuse third-party data. You may not reverse engineer the service to the extent prohibited by applicable law or contract.
11. Intellectual property
MVP Connects branding, original software, original written content, and original interface design may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not claim ownership of government-created public information, third-party program logos or content, or third-party databases except to the extent permitted by law.
12. Third-party services
The service may link to or rely on third-party websites, program portals, authentication, databases, hosting, email, analytics, and infrastructure. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. MVP Connects does not control their decisions, content, security, or availability.
13. Service availability
MVP Connects may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features. The service may experience maintenance, outages, errors, or changes and is not guaranteed to be continuously available.
14. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MVP Connects is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or suitable for a particular application or outcome.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MVP Connects and those involved in providing the service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service or third-party programs. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
16. Indemnification
